This tiled view service makes it possible to obtain georeferenced tiles from the raster datasets that make up the UrbIS series. This service is updated periodically based on the corresponding layers of the View service - Raster. The use of this service is recommended for all viewers and front-end applications.

This dataset shows, for each Brussels municipality, the projected population by age and sex, over the period from 2026 to 2035. The population projections are carried out according to the methodologies described in the Cahier of the BISA No. 13.

The geolocation service enables you to find an address, street or municipality listed in the regional address register, or to find the nearest address to a pair of map coordinates. Responses are sent according to the BeSt Address model.

This dataset corresponds to the Special Land-Use Plans (les Plans Particulier d'Affectation du Sol or PPAS in French and de Bijzondere Bestemmingsplannen or BBP in Dutch). The dataset consists of a single layer showing the general perimeter of the PPAS, without identifying each specific land-use zone or its nature. It can be consulted via an ad hoc WMS and WFS. This dataset has no regulatory value and is published solely for informational purposes. Only the maps and subsequent amendments published in the Belgian Official Gazette have regulatory force.

UrbIS - Administrative Units is the Brussels Region administrative and statistical units dataset. This dataset is made up of six different geometric classes. The first class is the territory of the Brussels Region. The second is the territory of the nineteen municipalities that make up the Region, the third is the six police zones in the Region, the fourth is the monitoring districts, the fifth is the statistical sectors. The dataset is freely downloadable as a zipped shapefile. The dataset is produced by integrating data from FPS Finance and FPS Economy. Their respective licences apply to the classes deriving from them.

The UrbIS - Land cover product corresponds to the dataset of physical and biological surfaces in the Brussels Region. This dataset is composed of four geometric classes. The first class corresponds to bridges. The second corresponds to tunnels, the third corresponds to street surfaces (some objects located in Flanders have been integrated for visual continuity), and the fourth corresponds to blocks including forests, parks, and bodies of water. The dataset is freely downloadable as a zipped file and via the ad hoc WFS.
