Statement

The LiDAR data collection flight from which this product is derived was conducted in the Brussels-Capital Region on 9 October 2021 on a North-South axis. The images were taken using a RIEGL VQ-1560 II LiDAR sensor. The average axis density for the flight is 67pt/m2.

The Digital Surface Model is obtained in two stages. Firstly, an automatic classification process is applied to the LiDAR point cloud. Secondly, a spatial interpolation technique is used to derive a raster image from the points that have been classified.
