Regional Land Use Plan - Zoning
This dataset represents the land use zoning elements set out in the map of the Regional Land Use Plan (Plan Régional d’Affectation du Sol – PRAS). It consists of a single geometry layer showing to the zoning elements, with the exception of the zone of regional interest with deferred development and the zones of cultural, historical, aesthetic or embellishment interest. All PRAS layers are freely available via an ad hoc WMS and WFS.
This dataset has no regulatory value and is published for information purposes only. Only the maps and subsequent amendments published in the Belgian Official Gazette have regulatory force.

The land use map, as referred to in Article 24, 2° of the CoBAT, was adopted by the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region on May 3, 2001, and published in the supplements to the Belgian Official Gazette on June 14, 2001 (pages 13 to 18). Since then, it has been amended several times by successive orders of the Regional Government.
Perspective.brussels created this dataset by consolidating the original map of May 3, 2001, with its subsequent amendments—these being the only versions with regulatory force. However, this dataset itself holds no regulatory value and is published for informational purposes only.
