This dataset represents the land use zoning elements set out in the map of the Regional Land Use Plan (Plan Régional d’Affectation du Sol – PRAS). It consists of a single geometry layer showing to the zoning elements, with the exception of the zone of regional interest with deferred development and the zones of cultural, historical, aesthetic or embellishment interest. All PRAS layers are freely available via an ad hoc WMS and WFS.

This dataset has no regulatory value and is published for information purposes only. Only the maps and subsequent amendments published in the Belgian Official Gazette have regulatory force.

Ce jeu de données correspond aux affectations du sol définies dans la carte des affectations du Plan Régional d'Affectation du Sol (PRAS). Ce jeu de données est composé d'une seule couche reprenant les zones d'affectation, à l'exception de la zone d'intérêt régional à aménagement différé et des zones d'intérêt culturel, historique, esthétique ou d'embellissement. L'ensemble des couches du PRAS sont librement consultables via un WMS et un WFS ad hoc.

Le présent jeu de données est dépourvu de toute valeur réglementaire et est publiée à visée informative. Seules les cartes et modifications ultérieures publiées au Moniteur Belge sont dotées d'une portée réglementaire.

Deze dataset komt overeen met de bodembestemmingen die zijn vastgelegd in de bodembestemmingskaart van het Gewestelijk Bestemmingsplan (GBP). Deze dataset bestaat uit één enkele laag met de bodembestimmingen, met uitzondering van het gebied van gewestelijk belang met uitgestelde aanleg en de gebieden van culturele, historische, esthetische waarde of voor stadsverfraaiing. Alle lagen van het GBP zijn vrij raadpleegbaar via een ad-hoc WMS en WFS.

Deze dataset heeft geen enkele regelgevende waarde en wordt uitsluitend ter informatie gepubliceerd. Alleen de kaarten en latere wijzigingen die in het Belgisch Staatsblad worden gepubliceerd, hebben een regelgevende waarde.

Statement Généralités sur la provenance Algemene beschrijving herkomst: The land use map, as referred to in Article 24, 2° of the CoBAT, was adopted by the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region on May 3, 2001, and published in the supplements to the Belgian Official Gazette on June 14, 2001 (pages 13 to 18). Since then, it has been amended several times by successive orders of the Regional Government.

Perspective.brussels created this dataset by consolidating the original map of May 3, 2001, with its subsequent amendments—these being the only versions with regulatory force. However, this dataset itself holds no regulatory value and is published for informational purposes only.

La carte des affectations des sols, visée à l'article 24, 2° du CoBAT, a été arrêtée par le Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale le 3 mai 2001 et a été publiée aux suppléments du Moniteur Belge le 14 juin 2001, aux pages 13 à 18. La carte a été revue à diverses reprises par des arrêtés du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.

Perspective.brussels a créé le présent jeu de données en consolidant la carte du 3 mai 2001 avec les cartes modificatives ultérieures, qui sont les seules dotées d'une portée réglementaire : le présent jeu de données est dépourvu de toute valeur réglementaire et est publiée à visée informative.

De bestemmingskaart, bedoeld in artikel 24, 2° van het BWRO, werd op 3 mei 2001 aangenomen door de Brusselse Hoofdstedelijke Regering en gepubliceerd in de bijlagen bij het Belgisch Staatsblad van 14 juni 2001, op de bladzijden 13 tot 18. De kaart werd meermaals herzien bij besluit van de Brusselse Hoofdstedelijke Regering.

Perspective.brussels heeft de huidige dataset gecreëerd door de kaart van 3 mei 2001 te consolideren met de daaropvolgende wijzigingskaarten, die de enige zijn met regelgevende draagwijdte: de huidige dataset heeft geen regelgevende waarde en wordt ter informatie gepubliceerd.
