This dataset corresponds to the Special Land-Use Plans (les Plans Particulier d'Affectation du Sol or PPAS in French and de Bijzondere Bestemmingsplannen or BBP in Dutch). The dataset consists of a single layer showing the general perimeter of the PPAS, without identifying each specific land-use zone or its nature. It can be consulted via an ad hoc WMS and WFS. This dataset has no regulatory value and is published solely for informational purposes. Only the maps and subsequent amendments published in the Belgian Official Gazette have regulatory force.

Ce jeu de données correspond aux plans particuliers d'affectation du sol (PPAS). Ce jeu de données est composé d'une seule couche reprenant le périmètre général des PPAS, sans identifier chaque zone d'affectation particulière ni la nature de celle-ci. Il est consultable via un WMS et un WFS ad hoc. Le présent jeu de données est dépourvu de toute valeur réglementaire et est publiée à unique visée informative. Seules les cartes et modifications ultérieures publiées au Moniteur Belge sont dotées d'une portée réglementaire.

Deze dataset komt overeen met de Bijzondere Bestemmingsplannen (BBP). Deze dataset bestaat uit één enkele laag die de algemene perimeter van de BBP weergeeft, zonder elke specifieke bestemmingszone of de aard ervan te identificeren. De dataset kan worden geraadpleegd via een ad-hoc WMS en WFS. Deze dataset heeft geen enkele reglementaire waarde en wordt uitsluitend voor informatieve doeleinden gepubliceerd. Alleen de kaarten en latere wijzigingen die in het Belgisch Staatsblad worden gepubliceerd, hebben een reglementaire draagwijdte.

They may be subject to subsequent amendments or even repeal. Perspective.brussels created this dataset by consolidating the original plans with any subsequent modifications. This dataset is published solely for informational purposes and may contain occasional inaccuracies. It has no regulatory value.

Les plans particuliers d'aménagement des sols, visés à l'article 40 du Code Bruxellois de l'Aménagement du Territoire (CoBAT), sont approuvés par arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.Ils sont susceptibles de modifications subséquentes, voire d'abrogation. Perspective.brussels a créé le présent jeu de données en consolidant les plans originaux avec les éventuelles modifications ultérieures. Le présent jeu de données n'est publié qu'à pure visée informative et peut comporter des inexactitudes ponctuelles. Il est dépourvu de toute valeur réglementaire.

De bijzondere plannen van aanleg (BPA), bedoeld in artikel 40 van het Brussels Wetboek van Ruimtelijke Ordening (BWRO / CoBAT), worden goedgekeurd bij besluit van de Regering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Zij kunnen nadien worden gewijzigd of zelfs worden opgeheven. Perspective.brussels heeft deze dataset opgesteld door de oorspronkelijke plannen te consolideren met eventuele latere wijzigingen. Deze dataset wordt uitsluitend voor informatieve doeleinden gepubliceerd en kan sporadische onnauwkeurigheden bevatten. Ze heeft geen enkele reglementaire waarde.
