Il comprend tant les bâtiments que les ouvrages d'art. Il est composé de cinq classes : (1) une première correspond aux bâtiments tridimensionnels ; (2) une seconde correspond aux faces de bâtiments ; (3) une troisième correspond aux ouvrages d’art tridimensionnels ; et enfin, (4) une quatrième correspond aux faces d’ouvrages d’art. Le jeu de données est librement téléchargeable, sous forme de fichier zippé. Les première et troisième classes de ce jeu de données ne sont pas supportées par le format GeoPackage. Het UrbIS - 3D Bouwwerken-product komt overeen met de dataset van driedimensionaal gemodelleerde gebouwen in het Brussels Gewest. Het omvat zowel gebouwen als kunstwerken. Het bestaat uit vijf klassen: (1) de eerste komt overeen met driedimensionale gebouwen; (2) de tweede met de gevels van gebouwen; (3) de derde met driedimensionale kunstwerken; en tot slot (4) de vierde met de gevels van kunstwerken.
