Il s'agit des périmètres suivants : des permis de lotir et des permis d’urbanisme délivrés ou à encore l’instruction, des règlements communaux et règlements communaux zonés, des différents zonages concernant la publicité et les enseignes ainsi que l’accessibilité lié aux transport en commun du RRU 2006, des terrains affectés à l’industrie et des pôles de développement prioritaire. Deze cartografische lagen bieden een deel van de informatie die wordt gebruikt voor het beheer van stedenbouwkundige vergunningen in het kader van de ruimtelijke ordening van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Het gaat om de volgende gebieden: verkavelingsvergunningen en stedenbouwkundige vergunningen die afgeleverd zijn of nog onderzocht worden, gemeentelijke reglementen, reglementen voor bepaalde gebieden van gemeenten, verschillende zones met betrekking tot publiciteit en reclameborden alsook met betrekking tot toegankelijkheid inzake openbaar vervoer in de GSV 2006, grond die is toegewezen aan de industrie en prioritaire ontwikkelingspolen.
