It would also enable a response to the rise in energy prices, allowing those in need to be included in the renovation of Brussels' heritage. The aim of this study is to verify whether these assumptions can be applied in the Brussels-Capital Region. L'auto-rénovation pourrait être un moyen d'accéder plus rapidement aux objectifs climatiques du Plan de Rénovation de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale, à savoir atteindre une moyenne de performance énergétique C+ pour le bâti résidentiel d’ici à 2050. De plus, elle permettrait de répondre à la hausse des prix de l'énergie permettant ainsi d'inclure les personnes dans le besoin dans la rénovation du patrimoine bruxellois. Cette étude a pour but de vérifier si ces hypothèses pourraient être appliquées en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. Zelfrenovatie zou een manier kunnen zijn om sneller de klimaatdoelstellingen van het Renovatieplan van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest te behalen, namelijk een gemiddelde energieprestatie van C+ voor residentiële gebouwen bereiken tegen 2050. Bovendien zou op die manier kunnen worden ingespeeld op de stijging van de energieprijzen zodat ook behoeftigen kunnen worden betrokken bij de renovatie van het Brusselse erfgoed. Het doel van deze studie is na te gaan of deze hypothesen kunnen worden toegepast in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
