L'enquête a pour objectifs de connaître le niveau de compréhension des différentes notions relatives à l’énergie et au PEB et de mesurer le niveau de compréhension et d’acception des propriétaires et des syndics sur les futures obligations en matière de PEB en région de Bruxelles-Capitale, ainsi que sur les dérogations et aides financières. Het onderzoek heeft tot doel het begripsniveau van de verschillende concepten met betrekking tot energie en EPB te achterhalen en het begripsniveau en de aanvaardingsgraad van de toekomstige EPB-verplichtingen in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest door eigenaars en vastgoedbeheerders te meten, evenals de afwijkingen en financiële steun.
