A mapping of these needs is then presented, as well as a visualisation of the main existing heat sources in the Brussels-Capital Region. The technical and economic potential of cogeneration is then calculated. Finally, the study compares the different solutions for meeting heat needs, including the distribution of heat in thermal energy networks. Cette étude caractérise en premier lieu les besoins actuels en chaleur et en froid en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale ainsi que l’évolution de ces besoins jusqu’en 2050. Une cartographie de ces besoins est ensuite présentée, ainsi qu’une visualisation des principales sources de chaleur existantes en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. Le potentiel technique et économique de la cogénération est ensuite calculé. L’étude compare, enfin, les différentes solutions permettant de répondre aux besoins de chaleur, y incluant la distribution de chaleur dans des réseaux d’énergie thermique. In deze studie worden eerst de huidige behoeften aan warmte en koeling in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest en de ontwikkeling van deze behoeften tot 2050 gekarakteriseerd. Vervolgens worden deze behoeften in kaart gebracht en worden de belangrijkste bestaande warmtebronnen in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest gevisualiseerd. Vervolgens wordt het technische en economische potentieel van warmtekrachtkoppeling berekend. Ten slotte worden in de studie de verschillende oplossingen voor het voorzien in de warmtebehoefte vergeleken, met inbegrip van de distributie van warmte in thermische energienetwerken.
